Set a weekly intention.

Do It

Lee Fatone

I, like many, have a tendency to overanalyze every little thing, and if I feel like I could have done something better, or handled a problem differently, I dwell on it. Allowing myself to remain in that negative headspace is not healthy or productive. So my (post-it) intention this week is to just stop.

I am human. I will make mistakes. I intend to learn from them and move forward instead of letting them drag me down.

Oh man, this is a great intention. It's SO easy to dwell on things, whether they're in the past or happening currently or coming up. Learning from the mistakes you'll inevitably make is an AWESOME practice, too, as it helps create forward momentum, not bogging you down in all that negativity.

I'm also a big fan of the post-it note idea, especially on a place you see every day like your laptop! I try to stick mine on my bathroom mirror, which reminds me I gotta go do that... haha.

      Thanks for sharing Lee! :)
