    I took a 10-minute meditation before bed last night. Meditating is very hard for me because I am IMPATIENT! I get bored with focusing on my breathing and go do something else. Forcing myself to meditate before bed wasn't easy and I felt like I would rather be thinking of almost anything at all, but interestingly enough I woke up before my alarm and full of energy. Hmm...

    The moment I opened my eyes I felt that i was in another room. A room way bigger, brighter, colourful and rich. Is amazing the feeling of really being present in the now. It was great!
