The idea is simple:
Get together on a weekly basis with friends, family, neighbours and complete strangers, and go for a leisurely, social ride around your city.
You'll meet great people, explore new places and stay healthy and fit all at the same time.
The process is simple:
1. Pick a regular date, time and location to start from
2. Tell people you're going for a bike ride at that time
3. Wait for people to show up
4. Go for a ride, regardless of who, or how many people, show up
5. Repeat steps 1-4 weekly
Oh, and Wednesday nights are a great day as it's half way through the traditional week. Just sayin'
