Next week I will head up to Washington, D.C. with the President of Arby’s to accept a great honor for the Arby’s Foundation. We are being awarded one of the highest recognitions given by the National Restaurant Association for corporate philanthropy and community engagement. The award is a wonderful recognition for the amazing work Arby’s and the Arby’s Foundation have done in just two years to fight to end childhood hunger in America. But while I head to our nation’s capital and enjoy a nice event with a multi-course dinner, it is not lost on me that millions of kids will go to bed that same night on an empty stomach. 16 million children in our own backyards aren’t getting enough to eat and it is affecting their growth, their learning and their health, every day. Join me and take action in the fight to end childhood hunger in America. Visit No Kid Hungry's Take Action site and learn about all the ways you can get involved!
