I've been using a lovely app called Embark (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/embark-meet-the-world/id849035309). It pairs you with another user in a different country, and asks each of you to complete simple photo missions that help each player understand what the other's life is like. They are often just quick glimpses into favorite food and clothing, but I enjoy taking a moment to look at the backdrops and scenes in the periphery. It's inspiring to be exposed to unfamiliar aesthetics.
This is a practice I LOVE. It is what allows me to step out of my comfort zone, resolve conflicts, make friends, keep friends, find forgiveness, experience gratitude and so many other things. It is the greatest way I can think of to get unstuck and grow.
