To feed those who are hungry and to learn to cut down on our eating habits for health and wellness. Think about how much you could save by not eating out during your lunch break and eating food that you made from home. Or if you decided to fast for the day how much money you would save. Figure how you can save money that you spend on food and give that money to someone who really needs it. Our country is the second biggest developing country with hungry children. We know there are homeless who could use a good meal. And there are also homeless children going to school who need to eat. If you were to once a week find a person or people you could feed on a regular basis while you change your diet and meal spending habits you will be amazed at how many hungry people you can help. Create a program around it for yourself as well and learn how to eat a more balanced and simple diet. Create a program/campaign around this concept and get others involved in your community.
