As it happens I did this yesterday. I had brunch with my semi-retired dad, my still-working-every-minute mom, and a whole bunch of my friends. I was in Denver for the weekend and wanted to see a few people before I took off. Felt great to see my parents enjoy chatting with some of my friends. (What a change from being a kid, when the LAST thing I wanted was to see my parents talk with my friends!)

I enjoy meeting once monthly with adult daughters, and weekly with retired parents. Dates may bump as needed to accommodate busy schedules, but its nice to make time to enjoy time together.
