meditate daily for 1 month for 5 minutes

Meditation is one of the easiest and most powerful tools we carry. Sitting with your breath for 5 minutes a day will help you be in touch with yourself. Don't think about it too much. Just sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and count your breaths. Inhale, exhale- 1, inhale, exhale- 2, etc. This will clear your mind, recharge your energy, ignite your relationship to your surroundings, and just overall reveal happiness. I love you :)
