Introduce a friend to a friend

July 31, 2013

The most important thing I've learned from my fabulous connector friends is to make introductions. When your friends are friends, it's better.

the best is when your friends start hanging out with your other friends without you involved.

I love it. It reminds me of this other "do" on Good kind of:
The issue of being having a myriad of online 'connections' but not having genuine, personal connections with people around us is something that's been on my mind a lot. I love this 'do' because it's so simple, but a big step in us expanding our network and being mindful of connecting with people on a real level. I was thinking of throwing a party where the point was to mingle with others and meet new people- instead of always hanging out with your circle of friends you feel comfortable with.

I throw game nights or go to friends for gaming. We play different board games. I really recently brought a friend and it was great to introduce him to some new people. I've felt so much gratitude towards others who have invited me to social events or professional mixers.
