Get Out of the Office with Your Coworkers

Do It

The team that plays together works well together. With the longer summer days there's more time (and sunshine) to spend away from your desk and with your colleagues.

"The right balance of socializing in a specific culture can enhance the mission, and support happy employees who are passionate about their work and fully engaged. "

Last Friday, half of our office celebrated America's favorite pastime by going to a Dodgers' game. We got ourselves Dodger Dogs, ate nachos from a baseball helmet, and had a merry time!

Our team had an offsite at the Santa Monica beach yesterday! We played games, biked, ate tasty sandwiches, and laid out in the sun. What a beautiful day. I feel like getting out of the office together really helped me feel closer to my coworkers, and the time outside in the California sun left me feeling energized and ready to work extra-hard.

Had a great time bonding with coworkers on our hike up Runyon Canyon overlooking the city of Los Angeles!

Taking advantage of the longer days with an after hours cross-collaboration hike at Runyon Canyon. Go team!!
