We are biologically designed to move, yet as a society, we are spending more time sitting than being active. If we don't change things quickly, it's likely that, for the first time ever in history, our children will have shorter life expectancies than we do (by about 5 years).

    Awesome project! We need to develop a more holistic fitness program that addresses activity both in-school and out-of-school. If parents and teachers participate in the program, I think there would be more positive results.
