Find the time of day your town is most alive

Alex Schoemann

January 8, 2015

Find the time of day that gives your town the best sense of place. When people share similar experiences and schedules, a sense of collectivism can be easily detected.

Love this! Here in Los Angeles I think it's from about 6:30AM to 9:00AM, especially on the weekends. Businesses here open late - we're laid back, after all, but there's a great sense of community that's on display when you're one of the first patrons of a local business or saying good morning to a neighbor.

That's awesome that we can relate, being in places that are so different in size! Nothing like a California morning though, used to live in Long Beach myself!
