    what a great site! I've always wondered if there would be a resource on locating developments in the los angeles area. I would even love to see it in a map form and to map out property values

      pretty much all the project along 8th/Olive & Hill Streets. I'm so glad to see those old parking lots turned into mixed use building. It used to be such a weird open gap- like an island in the middle of downtown. I walk by the construction almost every day and its exciting to see the progress. Now if only Pershing Square could get a face lift a' la Grand Park status... DTLA would really be booming!
