empower all students to be scientists



When Lissa Moses Johnson taught science in Harlem, NY, she encouraged all of her students to see themselves as scientists. But when she went to find web resources to supplement her curriculum, she found that the educational resources were sending a very different message: few resources presented scientists in a diverse manner. She wants to change that.
