Set aside 15 minutes (yes just 15! you can do it!) to go outside and play. Choose your own pace. You can seek out a ball or some swings. Recruit your friends or make some new ones! Or maybe you just want to to revisit hopscotch or take a short bike ride. Feel the breeze in the air, stare up at the blue sky and the gorgeous trees. Reflect on how much 15 minutes of play relaxes and refreshes you.
