A few months ago, a sign appeared at SXSW that said, "Welcome to Austin. Please don't stay here. I hear Dallas is great."

Reflecting on the message, I realized that the Austin sign was doing us a favor. We would love to have people move to our great city. We are proud of our community and want to share it with the world!

In the words of my friend, Lisa Walter, "Dallas is more than a place to live your life. It's a place that you're a part of."

Cities are not the sum of their buildings, they're the sum of their people. In places like Dallas, Detroit, Cleveland, St. Louis and many others where the people on the ground are staying in their cities and changing the game, we are proud and we welcome anyone who wants to join in with open arms.

So, I made a new sign. I would like to print it and spread it around Dallas to anybody who will take it. I'll print as many as I can with what ever money I receive and then deliver them around the city.

Thank you so much for making this sign! I grew up in Dallas & think it is one of the most underrated cities in the United States. Cheers, y'all!
