CAN MEDITATION MAKE YOUR LIFE BETTER?

ast....()........Future. The average person spends most of their day thinking constantly about things that have happened or MIGHT happen. Our present moment is so consumed with thinking that we are unaware of what is happening in the present moment. We spend hours, days, night, thinking, stressing about things that might not even happen. Sometimes to the point that it causes us physical harm. I am not a Doctor, teacher, guru, or anyone of any educational level associated with self help or religion. I simply read books, listen to lectures, and come to my own conclusions............
