1. Humans don't need to eat that much meat. We are made to eat mostly veg. Meat was harder to get (hunt) so we can thrive on small amounts of meat.
2. Eating less meat is not only healthier, it's also better for our environment because industrial meat production causes a lot of pollution and uses a lot of resources like petrol to transport.
3. Eating local, grass fed, pasture raised meat will also taste much better and worth the extra cost. But that cost won't feel like a burden because you're not spending it on a lot of unsustainable meat. You're spending it on beautiful, tasty meat instead.
