add motion to sitting.

We're all sitting more than ever before in human history. The impacts of this behavior are just now coming to light: Recent studies have uncovered just how detrimental long-term, extended sitting is to our health. It leads to things like obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and decreased lifespan. In fact, extended sitting is so damaging that its effects aren't offset by regular exercise.

However, experts agree that even a little motion can help reduce these negative impacts. Moving, fidgeting, and getting up from your chair frequently can all help. Plus, this additional motion makes it easier to stay focused.
