    almost there ;-) I will commit to doing it 100% for 1week... I do it, but feel I could do better. Better sleep, better eating, better meditation, better exercise. Hey what if I added a 5th one: stop being tough on oneself :-)))

      Awesome. Looking forward to hearing how it goes for you. And your commitment inspires me to try harder myself. It is so interesting how even when we want certain behavior and know it will be beneficial for us, it can still be really hard. I've had this in my journal for a couple years now, but still find ways to fall off the wagon on getting enough sleep and exercise.
